Returns and Exchanges

Return Standards & Conditions

• We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!
  • Exchange requests can only be made for the same item and color but in different/same sizes.
  • If your exchange request is unavailable due to stock, a refund will be issued.
  • Exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
• Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
• Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
• Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc will not be accepted
• Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
• Items must have original hang tags still attached.

Black Friday Return Policy

• All Items from the Fall Collection are eligible for refund or exchange, provided they meet the above Return and Exchange Standards.
  • Exchanges/returns may be made up until January 5^th, 2022 (Only applicable to purchases made online during the Black Friday Sale)
• All Impact and Naked items are final sale.
